Made to Order

Every Unnatural Fauna Club garment is made to order. Once your order is placed, your specimen is sent into production before being packed and dispatched.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may be longer during holidays and other high-volume periods.

U.S. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

After production, standard U.S. shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for the carrier to activate and update tracking after dispatch.

Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $85 or more.

Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@unnaturalfaunaclub.com. Because orders are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact support@unnaturalfaunaclub.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs where applicable so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery location and contact the carrier first. If it still cannot be located, contact us and we'll help investigate.
